ALRIGHT, PICKING UP WHERE WE LEFT OFF IN PART 1

FAME, KEY WEST, MID-LIFE CRISIS, POLYGAMY, ETC..

Coe's father was a Mormon and though Coe was not a strict Mormon in his youth, he became interested in the religion again in the late 70's and started to practice polygamy, for which he got alot of bad publicity.

Heavenly Father, Holy Mother - One of very few, if not the only Mormon country song

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Coe makes lots of money from his records and from a song he wrote that Johnny Paycheck hit #1 with, "Take This Job and Shove It".
Coe bought a huge ass ranch for his family in Tennessee with a bunch of exotic animals.
Had a cave with a waterfall that he pimped out the inside of and lived inside for awhile until a flood washed it out,
Also bought a place in Key West where he spent alot of time and released some records around this time with some tropical influences..
Later, when he was performing the song at the Opry House for a television show, the lights and power in the Opryland complex went out when performing the last verse when it says, 'Hank.
